Los Angeles Tourism & Convention Board (Los Angeles Tourism) is committed to providing a digital experience that is accessible to all audiences, regardless of technology or ability. Los Angeles Tourism strives to design, develop, and operate its Website to conform with generally-recognized and accepted guidelines and/or standards for website accessibility (the "Standards"). While these Standards may change and/or evolve over time, they are currently best represented by the World Wide Web Consortium’s Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1 at Levels A and AA ("WCAG 2.1").

Partnering with Siteimprove® Intelligence Platform, Los Angeles Tourism continues to take the necessary steps to achieve substantial conformance with WCAG 2.1. Siteimprove® online Academy provides training to team members on an ongoing basis regarding accessible website design and maintenance. The Website is also regularly assessed via the use of assistive technology (such as screen readers and screen magnifiers), and manual and automated testing performed by Siteimprove and the Los Angeles Tourism & Convention Board internal team.
